Residents in the Borthwick, Trojan, Forbes and Cummings neighbourhood, in partnership with the Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre, are planning an incredible community block and park party for July 19 (rain date is July 20), from 2 to 7 pm. Family-friend activities will take place along Borthwick between Burn Street and Gardenvale, and in Trojan Park. There will be activities, games, live music and barbecued food and more. Bring your lawn chair. Non-perishable donations for the food bank are welcome. Volunteers are needed for event day.
