If you're writing about a City service please consider directing your inquiry to 3-1-1 first, either by calling 3-1-1, e-mailing [email protected] or completing an online form. If you have already contacted 3-1-1 and are unhappy with the response or service, please feel free to contact us and provide your Service Request number to help us assist you better.
