The African, Black & Caribbean Wellness & Resource Centre is pleased to announce its first annual Girls Who Brunch Event themed "Celebrating You" for girls ages 13-18 years old on December 16 at City Hall in Jean Pigott Place with Keynote Speaker Celina Caesar-Chavannes. Helping marginalized girls increase their self-confidence, achieve higher levels of success in multiple aspects of their lives and future careers. By providing a larger pool of role models to model themselves after, the young women will hopefully be inspired to pursue their own dreams in their field of interest. We’re committed to providing opportunities and mentorship to help them overcome the challenges they face and achieve their dreams.
