Manor Park residents are invited to join Councillor Rawlson King for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the reopening of Hemlock Park. The event on December 3, beginning at 3:30 pm at 361 Meadow Park Place, will feature brief remarks, a ribbon cutting, hot chocolate and treats.
