New: Online Property Tax and Assessment Look-Up Tool

Based on feedback received from residents and our commitment to continuous improvement, we are excited to announce a brand new Online Property Tax and Assessment Look-Up Tool. Residents can now look up properties of interest and the tool will show the property’s assessment value and property taxation details for both the current and previous year. Residents and other industries like real estate and banking institutions can benefit from using this tool as well!

Previously, if you were looking for property tax and assessment information, you would need to visit the City Hall Client Service Centre to look up a property, write down the information and then use our Tax Estimator online to populate what the estimated taxes are. You could also obtain a tax certificate for a fee. This new tool will make accessing information more convenient and affordable. Check it out today!
