Everyone is welcome to enjoy Rockcliffe Park's annual tree lighting ceremony on Dec. 7 at 6 pm at the Rockcliffe Park Community Hall, 380 Springfield Road, behind the library. There will be performances by the Salvation Army band and the Elmwood School junior choir. Everyone is invited to join in the singing and to watch the massive spruce tree light up. Song sheets will be provided. Hot chocolate and snacks will be available. Donation bins will be on site in support of The Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre.
