What: Beechwood Avenue, from Oakhill Road to Corona Avenue, will be reduced to a single lane with flagging between 7 am and 10 pm on Saturday, July 13 and between 9 am and 10 pm on Sunday, July 14 for a storm sewer installation. Flagging personnel will direct traffic through the lane closure area. Sidewalks will remain open for pedestrians. Cyclists can ride single file in the vehicle lane or dismount and walk through the lane closure zone. 
Why: The lane closure is required to facilitate the storm sewer installation. 
When: Beechwood Avenue will be reduced to a single lane between 7 am and 10 pm on Saturday, July 13 and between 9 am and 10 pm on Sunday, July 14, 2024. 
Where: Beechwood Avenue, from Oakhill Road to Corona Avenue. 
Who: The City of Ottawa has retained the contractor, KCE Construction, to complete the work.
