Join the African, Caribbean and Black Wellness Resource Centre for their Black Soirée, a night of elegance and impact in support of Jamaica Relief on Dec. 20 at 6 pm at the BGC Taggart Parkes Family Clubhouse, 1770 Heatherington Road.
