A message from Ottawa Public Health:
A frostbite warning is in effect for overnight tonight (Feb. 2 and 3) and continuing until further notice. Windchill temps will drop quickly this evening and will hit -43C overnight/tomorrow morning. If you’re going to be outside, please dress warmly and be mindful of the signs of frostbite.
