Changes are coming to how parking tickets are handled in Ottawa.
Got a ticket after the change? You will have two options:
- Pay the fine (online, by mail, or in person)
- Request a review with a Screening Officer within 15 days of the ticket date
If you are not satisfied with the review finding, you can request a final in-person review by a Hearing Officer, a resident appointed by Council with legal, adjudication or legislative experience. Please note that their decision is final and can’t be appealed.
