The City of Ottawa is undertaking a traffic calming study for North River Road between Donald Street and south of Wright Street in response to traffic concerns raised by residents.
The purpose of this study is to recommend localized and minor permanent roadway modifications intended to improve safety, primarily by reducing vehicular speeds.
Based on review of traffic data, coordination with various stakeholders, public feedback and project constraints, the City has developed a proposed conceptual traffic calming plan and we are now seeking your feedback through an online survey. Your input is important to assist the study team in finalizing the ultimate recommendations for this roadway.
