O-Train Line 1 closes early for planned maintenance - May 11

O-Train Line 1 will be closed along the full line on Sunday, May 11 from 8 pm to 11 pm to allow Stage 2 systems integration work. Full Line 1 service will resume on Monday, May 12 at 5 am.

Stations: Bayview, Blair, Cyrville, Hurdman, Lees, Lyon, Parliament , Pimisi, Rideau, St-Laurent

Date effective: May 11, 2025

O-Train Line 1 service will end early at 8 pm on Sunday, May 11. Service on O-Train Line 1 will resume at the regular start time of 5 am on Monday, May 12. 

  • R1 bus service will run between Tunney’s Pasture and Blair stations from 7:45 pm until 11 pm. 
  • In addition to R1 buses, shuttle bus service will run between St-Laurent and Cyrville stations, and between Lees Station and Mackenzie King Bridge, during the closure. 
  • After 11 pm, night service bus routes will run on a regular schedule.

This temporary closure is required for Stage 2 systems integration, in preparation for Line 1 service to be extended from Blair to Trim Station as part of the O-Train East extension. This planned work will take place during the evening and overnight to minimize impacts to customers.
