Ottawa Public Library: Homebound Services – Bay Ward Bulletin

Due to rapid accumulation of freezing rain and ice in parts of Ottawa, all OPL branches are closed as of 4 pm. Branches will reopen tomorrow, and programs and services will resume as normal.
