The City of Ottawa is inviting residents to participate in the four-year review of the Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Plan by completing a short online questionnaire before Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
The questionnaire takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete - the answers are anonymous and voluntary. Your input will help shape how the City supports safer, healthier and more inclusive communities across Ottawa.
