The trail is a prime destination for outdoor activities in the heart of Ottawa.
There are many trails to enjoy in the scenic centre of Ottawa, thanks to local volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring the free-to-use Rideau Winter Trail is in excellent condition for cross-country skiing, walking, snowshoeing and fat biking, from Donald Street to Bank Street.
