Vaughan Street from MacKay Street to Bertrand Street will be closed on Nov. 4 from 7 am to 7 pm to allow a contractor to undertake CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) liner installation, a trenchless method used to extend the life of underground pipes.
- No through access: Vehicles will not be able to pass through the closed section of Vaughan St during the specified hours.
- Local access maintained: Residents within the affected area will have local access to their properties, though minor delays may occur. Please follow on-site signage and the instructions of traffic personnel.
- Emergency Services: Emergency services will have access at all times.
