The City of Ottawa's Forestry Services has informed my office that six trees are scheduled to be removed from National Capital Commission green space at Stanley Avenue and Union Street within the next couple of weeks due to the condition of the trees. These trees are located on NCC property and the City has a maintenance agreement for removing hazard trees. The NCC is responsible for replanting and is currently working on the replacement plan.
